Opera AS inquiry and purchase of additional modules

There is a confirmed problem with the opera full set that came last time.
This is a tweezers tool hanger module. This is both rods? Both modules must be opposite to each other to insert the tape cut.
But what I got is the picture above.
It cannot be assembled as above. Please as this
One less vertical drawer handle.
Finally, the thinnest thing that holds general-purpose paints has been broken. Please as like this.
And I am planning to buy another manual holder, so I would appreciate it if you send it with it.
